Exchange/ Return

1.    You may exchange/ return any eligible product ordered from KalaChowk within 10 working days. Eligible products are those that are non-customised and in unused condition. Products from the CLEARANCE/SALE section cannot be exchanged/ returned. These products will be marked in “Final Sale’’. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return, prior to purchasing it.


2.    If your item can be exchanged/ returned, you need to send an email to richa@kalachowk.com / message details at +91 9873533179 with your request within 10 days of delivery date. Any requests post 10 days will not be entertained.


3.   We would request you to mention your name, order number, pick-up address and reason for exchange/return over email/ text for your request to be reviewed. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up from your mentioned address within 2-3 working days. Based on the pick-up address you mention in your request, we will inform you if your location is serviced and arrange for the same.


4.  KalaChowk Credits will be processed after the goods have been received in case of returns.


5.  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should Email/ Watsapp Us an image of the damaged product within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Team KalaChowk.
